Mushfile Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

Mushfile (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Mushfile") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between Mushfile and its users ("Members" or "Players").

By accessing Mushfile, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by each clause of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

To enjoy Mushfile's services, you will need to create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Registration Terms

• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• The name, address, and ID details provided during registration must be genuine — submitting false information will result in permanent account closure.
• Withdrawals on Mushfile cannot be processed until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• The phone number and email used for registration must be your own.

Mushfile is an adults-only platform. The following eligibility requirements must all be met to use the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Age is verified at registration, and additional verification may be requested at any time.
• Legal Eligibility: You must be legally capable of entering into this type of agreement.
• Geographic Restrictions: Mushfile operates in designated regions only. Access from restricted areas is not permitted.
• Mental Capacity: You must use this platform of your own free will and with full mental capacity.

Mushfile takes a strict stance against minors creating accounts. If a minor registers using false information, all transactions on that account will be void and the balance will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses at the same time: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless specifically permitted.

• If suspicious betting patterns are detected — such as arbitrage betting or match fixing — the account will be investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mushfile and may result in account termination and legal action:

Mushfile is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy the platform in a healthy and positive way.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 1 day to 1 year.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently deactivate your account.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders of your gaming session duration.

Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

Mushfile reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
